Our mind is the path to the heaven as well as to the hell. Though it’s the complete opposite of one another, our mind creates the interrelationship between the good and bad. Mind works similarly to any other muscle in the body, which can be improved through the practice. More the practice, the better it becomes. The mind which is trained to be good will guide the path to heaven and the mind which is trained to be evil will lead the path to hell. Heaven or hell is a choice of ours, as we are the owners of our minds and can guide it accordingly.

The simple guide to meditation has given in a previous article, which can be accessed via this link;
