Every life has peaks and valleys and our gender is not the reason for that. However sometimes as women, most of us reach the bottom of our thoughts with the feeling of emptiness, lack of motivation, and drowsiness hover around, making it very difficult to come out of it. Though there are many reasons to be drowned in the thoughts, disappointments of family life, social relationships, and stress of the work-life can be highlighted as few. Since I am not a specialist in women behavior and thoughts, I would like to share my personal experiences on maintaining my thinking process.
1. Find what you love
As a professional accountant I worked for few companies. But I was never satisfied since most of those places didn’t pay me well or didn’t want to promote me on time. Most of my colleagues and friends were doing much better than myself and I always compared theirs and mine. This makes me emotionally down and feel as if I haven’t achieved enough during the past few years.
