Health, Contentment & Trustworthiness

A Poem — From Buddhist Dhammpada

Health is the precious gain
As it gives peace in mind
Precious gain it is
In term of money and time

Last time you were sick
How painful it was?
You will know it a gain
When you miss good health

Contentment is the wealth
Be thankful for what you have
No complaints and no sorrow
Happiness is not for sale

Have a smile, it’s free
And it free all worries
Be happy when alive
It’s the wealth that survive

Trust is a jewel
To wear or to gift
Trustworthy person you have
Is the best relative you need

Don’t deceive others
Refrain from fake people
Trustworthiness is a bless
Accept and respect reliance

No fear, no pain
Sufferings has come to an end
Isn’t that all one need
To live the life, you have!
