How I became Myself Again

Things changed my life completely, yet it enables me to be a better version of myself.

Every day, every moment we see what others said and done through social networks. The contents are endless, and it provides vast unedited, unprocessed data from here and there. By seeing all these posts, videos, and photos our minds also start to run around, without a purpose or intention. With the development of the technology we have connected with the outside world more than ever and have disconnected with our families and friends.

Due to this minimal interaction of physical human beings all of us face different mental conditions than any other time. Consciously or unconsciously we set our minds to wandering around without a purpose. All of these interactions make our lives uncomfortable and stressful even without the consent of ours.

I also one of the victims of this mental exhaust and here are the three issues I came across and how I overcome each one of them.

1. Comparison Kills

Though the new technology provides lots of adventures, it ruins our mental stability by showing us lots of things, which made us compare ourselves with others. Unfortunately, most of the time, we tend to compare ourselves with people who are doing better than us…
