Use Words Wisely and be a Power of Wisdom — Buddha’s Teaching
With the development of the technology, people have started to communicate more and understand less. It takes few seconds to share what you think and forward a message as you receive. But how many seconds or minutes we spend to think, understand and analyze what’s happening around the world. Many complaints about fake news, but if you think logically it’s not difficult to separate the truth out of false. If you spear few minutes and use few of your brain cells, it’s not difficult to understand everything in full.
At the same time, people tend to criticize, what they hear, see and think, without having a proper judgement. Once lord Buddha preached “Don’t believe anything as you hear it from someone, even seen from your own eyes. Understand and analyze them in your wisdom and get more information. Don’t be hurry to make conclusions”. How many of us are following these teachings? Everything is just in the books but not in our practice.
There are two types of criticism as we learn. Destructive criticism and constructive criticism. Destructive criticism as the name says, focus on destruction. The ultimate intention of destructive criticism is to humiliate, spread anger or to create tense situation towards the center of the criticism.
