His tall well-structured body made him a magnificent human being. His grudge manly voice usually sounds very demanding. He always was in a hurry. Hence walked really fast as if he was to catch a train in five seconds. He carried an Apple laptop in his hand and always wore smart casual denim and a shirt.

During my ten years of professional career, I have met a pool of people with different attitudes, behaviors, and motives. This variety of people allowed me to get a plethora of experiences both work related and not.

The person I mentioned above was a Doctor in Physics. He had good knowledge and was very confident in himself. He was not friendly with most of the other staff and was very dominant in his tact. Fortunately, he was not my direct reporting at inception, hence I didn’t work much with him. Even if I was required to work for him sometimes, I avoided the contact as much as possible. Not that he had shouted at me or I had any unpleasant experience. I just felt that he was very self-obsessed and demanding, an authoritative personality type I usually do not prefer.

Time passed like this and my company situation went from bad to worst. This was due to some operational issues and also due to the struggle of Covid 19. Amid this crisis, the CEO of the company also resigned. As the operation of the company went haywire there was an urgent need for an exceptional…
